That is correct. You can add products to your RFQ (shopping cart) and we will send you a quotation within one working day.

When you are logged in you can see gross prices.
If the gross price is € 0,01 it means that the price is on request.
- Do you have all stock?
Most of the products including compressors, liquid receivers and spare parts are in stock in our own warehouse in Rotterdam.
If you are looking for a product which is not in stock we will contact you to discuss a proper solution. Which is either an alternative product or a delivery time. Depending on the products the delivery time can vary from a few days to a few weeks.
- I can’t find the product I need?
We are always try to improve the user experience of our website. You can browse the products or use the search bar.
Our suppliers are constantly presenting new products onto the market for newer type of refrigerants, in Q1-2021 we will launch a new system which allows to update our webshop with new products almost instanly.
If you can’t find the product you need, do not hesitate to contact us by phone, e-mail or WhatsApp, we will help you.
- What are your payment options?
If you are happy with our quotation we will send you a pro-forma invoice.
New customers have to pay in advance via bank transfer, PayPal or credit‑card.
The payment and delivery terms for existing customers are as already agreed.

Our own product REFFLEX flexible hose is shipped to over 35 countries worldwide.
Thats why we have contracts with the best global forwarders like DHL, FedEx, UPS and TNT to offer low shipping prices worldwide.
We will always offer you the best price for shipping (or EXW) or the forwarder you prefer.
